Is there a minimum order quantity?No minimum orders, even on your first order.

Do you offer incentives for first time orders?Yes, we offer free shipping on first time orders. Also, if your first order is 100 cards or more, a 12 pocket revolving card stand can be shipped to you (available in black or white).

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?Please contact us at 1-612-963-3916 if you need to make adjustments to your order. We process all orders within 3 business days so the time window for changes or cancellations must be within that period.

I am a wholesale business customer and don't want to order online. How can I order?To order cards directly from us, please email us at palmscustomcards@gmail.com to request an order form that you can print, fill out, and send back to us in an email or by envelope via USPS. How much do you charge for shipping?We charge from $7.98 to $22.80 depending on the amount of cards you order and how fast you want them delivered.

How are the cards shipped?We use USPS Parcel Select Ground and USPS Priority Mail services to ship your orders, depending on how fast you want them delivered.
